Google review - Smith Automotive - Pleasant Hill 12/19/2024Smiths Auto fixed my Jeep Wrangler recently and I had to leave a review considering the service they provided. Started out with the break down and they arranged for it to be towed which was very convenient. They diagnosed and fixed the issue, communicated well and fixed the issue quickly. What was nice was they gave me a car to use while they were fixing it so keep it as long as you'd like at least I have wheels to get back and forth to work. Huge thank you for this! While in the shop my Jeep decided to run through their garage door and they took ownership and completely repaired all damage quickly and to my expectations. Can't complain at all besides I get to drive the Prius and save gas while they were fixing it. ;) After getting it back had a slight concern and they encourage that I bring it in and have them look to see if warranty covered it and while we wasn't able to recreate the issue it hasn't done it since and they did provide some suggestions on ways we can try to eliminate it from happening again. They even asked me to join them to see it's no longer doing what it was doing before and assured me if it did it again to bring it in for them to see whats happening. They make getting your car repaired very easy and while getting cars fixed is never cheap they make the money spent well worth it. Thank you Zach and everyone at Smith Auto!
