I took my 2003 Wrangler in to have the heater core replaced and asked them to flush the cooling system because I had added dye to locate the leak. I was charged over $1200 for the work and the cooling system was not flushed or even filled to replace what coolant was lost from the leak. Since then I continue to find issues from the completed work. I have pieces broken off from inside the dash and cluster switches 2 sides taped back in place. I also found the bezel around my shifter broken and the hardware to hold my battery in place was left loose inside the fender well. My kid stopped to get the Jeep and pay the bill for me and was never given a bill for all itemized work.

Not only do they perform services in a professional and timely manner, but they take the time to provide detailed analysis of our vehicles, even going as far as recognizing when one of our vehicles was a safety hazard. I appreciated that when I had an infant constantly riding in that vehicle at the time. They provide detailed descriptions and pictures of your vehicle that categorize in an easy-to-review format, even including areas of your vehicle that are functioning well too! They do better work than big, chain shops, and you get to support a small business in our local community. No brainer! Take your vehicle to Rusty at Smith’s!

Took my Ford F150 in for repairs on my power locks which quit working. Their work was quick, complete and reasonably priced. Great experience! Will definitely use them again.
