My car was taken to Smith's automotive without them knowing it. They got right on it and got it done I really appreciate it.

I love the personalized care at Smith’s Auto…from Jennifer in the front office and Zach’s technical expertise and ability to explain what is going on with my vehicle…They have always done me well. And the free loaner car service is a game changer with my work schedule. Highly recommend.

My car was overheating. When I checked the radiator, it was empty. Filled it and watched the water leak out somewhere by the back of the engine. Called Smith automotive and talked with Jen. She was a great help and told me that Rusty, the owner, would call me as soon as he got in. He asked if I could bring the car in, so he could locate the problem, or would I like to have him send a tow truck. I drove it in, after filling radiator again. They said they’d check it out and get back to me. Offered me a loaner car, but since I had no plans for the next few days, I just requested a ride. Rusty drove me home and told me they’d get back to me that day. Zac called that afternoon and told me there were a couple of hoses that were cracked and needing to be replaced. They had to order the parts. Zac kept me apprised as to the progress and also told me about another problem (serpentine belt that was cracked) and should really be taken care of before it broke. The price was reasonable so I gave permission. Once the car was finished, Jen was kind enough to pick me up from home to bring me to the shop. Now THAT’S service. Car has run perfectly and feels much safer. Awesome service (beyond what I could have expected), reasonable price and between Rusty, Jen and Zac, everything was explained and I had the option to approve or decline any recommended repairs. Love Smith Automotive!!

I will take any and all of my vehicles here from now on they were fast and courteous.they fixed the issue we were having and gave us a list of any and all other problems that we have and will have in the near future if we don't address them without any pressure to deal with them right then..

Extremely knowledgeable. The actual work didn't take long. Navigating insurance is a different story. Real happy with them.

Have gone here for two oil changes and prices are comparable to dealerships. I want to add Tyler is amazing.. he will be the reason I return. He is personable and attentive, he goes the extra mile for his customers.

Went for a Pre purchase inspection on a used car, staff was super helpful. They could have just checked the common stuff and sent me on my way but instead they spent time out of their day to hear what I was looking for in a car and gave their opinions on what I had brought them. Ended up not even doing the inspection and took the car back to the dealership as it was a pretty big gamble. Highly recommend!
