An error was made in my repair. But they owned it and made things right. Even delivered my car back to me. Offered to pay my tow bill to get my car back to them. Will return.

The team at Smith Auto is very helpful! Took my car in and they gave me an full inspection rundown, including pictures, and emailed me an invoice after we talked about everything. They were able to order my part next day and fix it so it'd be ready to pickup before they closed. Convenient location too!!

If you want superior vehicle service, go see Smith Automotive and ask for Ben Rogers. Not only will he provide your vehicle with the love and attention it needs, he will also fix your cell phone with super glue (Gorilla brand, of course). While your vehicle is being serviced, you can enjoy the plethora of snacks and beverages in the waiting area, and may even be lucky enough to get a visit from Rocky (the adorable, sweet and well-mannered office canine). Rusty, Jenn and Zach will provide you with the entertainment and laughter you need while you patiently wait for your beloved vehicle to be serviced. The service is stellar and ambience is second to none.
