I had a problem with my car and Aaa towed my car to smith automotive and they sent me pictures and details on my car. They tested out my car to make sure it was running good. They were really nice when i talked to them. Also they were really cool about being a stand in for me when Aaa towed my car to my house. Because I couldn't get there.

I took my 2003 Wrangler in to have the heater core replaced and asked them to flush the cooling system because I had added dye to locate the leak. I was charged over $1200 for the work and the cooling system was not flushed or even filled to replace what coolant was lost from the leak. Since then I continue to find issues from the completed work. I have pieces broken off from inside the dash and cluster switches 2 sides taped back in place. I also found the bezel around my shifter broken and the hardware to hold my battery in place was left loose inside the fender well. My kid stopped to get the Jeep and pay the bill for me and was never given a bill for all itemized work.

Dependable reasonable and trustworthy!!!
