Great service as always!! I won’t be looking for an auto service company in the Future. I’ve been with Smith Auto for number of years and I’m always satisfied when I walk out.

I’ve been bringing my truck here for 4 years. A lot of oil changes, replacing worn out parts and fluids and a couple of unexpected issues. I think I’ve had only one part go bad several months after they installed it but they replaced it for free. One thing I also like is that they give you a loner vehicle so I don’t have to make arrangements to get rides or take time off from work. Rusty and his staff are helpful and also get me in and out in a timely manner.

This auto shop was beyond beyond great service! The hospitality was unmatched. My car broke down on the side of the road and they took a look over my car shortly after it was towed to the shop. They were able to call me and give me a recommendation on what my options were for repair. They offered rides to and from. I am not from the Pheasant Hill or Des Moines area and they made the whole experience that much easier. Just overall unbeatable service from a great auto repair service I will for sure go back for servicing.
