Smith’s Automotive is the only place we will service our vehicles. Not only do they perform services in a professional and timely manner, but they take the time to provide detailed analysis of our vehicles, even going as far as recognizing when one of our vehicles was a safety hazard. I appreciated that when I had an infant constantly riding in that vehicle at the time. They provide detailed descriptions and pictures of your vehicle that categorize in an easy-to-review format, even including areas of your vehicle that are functioning well too! They do better work than big, chain shops, and you get to support a small business in our local community. No brainer! Take your vehicle to Rusty at Smith’s!

Took my Ford F150 in for repairs on my power locks which quit working. Their work was quick, complete and reasonably priced. Great experience! Will definitely use them again.

I highly recommend AVOID this shop! Dropped vehicle off at 8:30 am for scheduled appt. to have transmission leak repaired. Finally got a call from them at 1pm with a list of repairs they suggested. Brakes all the way around, shocks and struts, rack and pinion, rear main seal. Told the gal I only wanted the transmission pan looked at. Said she would get a price and call me back. Never did call back. Went back 1 hr before they closed only to find out they did no work at all. Gave me an estimate for over $7500. Then charged me $147 for looking my car over. I ended up doing the repairs myself, small crack in the transmission pan! This place is a rip off.
