They have fixed 2 of my vehicles in a very reasonable amount of time. They even rushed one of my vehicles so my son could get on the road to Georgia on time. The cost is very reasonable to inexpensive when compared to the dealership and no problems with the work done.

I've been stuck in the Altoona area all weekend . And when Monday came I searched and searched for somone to get my truck in with a blown break line, see I'm not from the state of iowa so I don't my way around, but I came across Google here and found Smith Automotive, right from the start I was met with kindness and hospitality .they got me in with my emergency! They were great with my comfort, and the swiftness to the repair to my truck. And the quality job they did. I am so happy with their work . Via other places I was not met with such kindness or was met with an outrageous price ! Thank you again guys I'm forever grateful

Best Customer Service around, easy to work with, Honest and got the job done in a reasonable time and price. I was a walk in (almost literally) and they offered me a ride while I waited, I thought I would wait to see what was wrong. In the short time I waited they had several customers come in and they gave every one of them a ride. The kind of customer service offered here is unusual in today’s world. I could write on and on about the service and price they provided, but I will end with just a big Thank You and I would Highly Recommended Automotive Shop!
